ONGOING PROJECT

Currently I am in the process of working on a performance titled 'Linen,' which focuses on composing tranquil meditational music. The genesis of this work lies in my personal quest to find solace for my anxiety. The heart of the performance revolves around the theme of healing, which is why I've chosen the name 'Linen.'

Historically, linen bandages were used for hospital sheets due to their healing properties and unique signature of 5000 MHz, which is believed to infuse the body with energy. I plan to utilize contact microphones to capture the subtle sounds of linen, which will be an integral part of the compositions for this performance. Also, I intend to create a linen costume that will imbue my body with energy as I perform, symbolically promoting a shared experience of healing on the stage. Through this exploration of sound and the performance itself, I aim to delve into various healing methods.
